DESCRIPTION:*All times displayed are in Eastern Daylight Time* \nThe Transition 101 workshop is designed to help provide language for navigating the internal response to external changes. We call this process “transition.” It’s the inner process one goes through to adapt to external changes. In cross-cultural missionary work\, there is lots of change\, and it can be bewildering and very confusing. \nWhatever the transition\, it’s important to know the time has meaning and remind ourselves God is in control. This workshop will give you a framework for understanding what God is doing in the midst of the transition. It will also provide signposts of where to look for Him at work. These can be especially important when it may feel like we are lost. \nSome outcomes you can expect are: \n\nAn understanding of the larger and normal process of transition\nA basic map of how the process generally goes\nEncouragement that you are not actually lost\nExercises to help you cope and process what’s changing on the inside\n\nWho this workshop is for:\n\nAnyone wanting to learn more about the process of transition\nAnyone finding themselves walking a major change in their life\nLeaders looking to help their teams walk difficult transitions\n\n  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Workshop Logistics\nWhat: A 1.5 hour workshop discussing ways to navigate hard life transitions \nFacilitators: Brad\, Joel and Julie – click their names to get to know them! \nWhen: May 20@ 10am PDT\, 1pm EDT\, 19h / 7pm Central European Time \nWhere: Online through Zoom \n\n\nPlease click the button marked “GOING” below the “RSVP Here” to attend the event.
